Ingredients

8 Ounces of Tofu

16 Ounces of Polenta

½ Tablespoon of Olive Oil

½ Banana

1/4 Cup of Black Beans

½ Avocado

1 Tablespoon of Onion

1/4 Mango

¼ Jalapeno

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat your oven’s broiler

Slice up tofu and polenta and brush them with olive oil before arranging them and a baking sheet

Cook them in the broiler for 5 minutes

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté bananas for 5 minutes

Place black beans into a blender and process them until they have become a sauce

In a bowl, combine onion, mango, salt and pepper, and jalapeno

Set polenta and tofu on a plate and cover them with the bean sauce

Add bananas and the mixture; top off with salsa and serve
